'PLAYGUNS LIBERTY OAK'....2013 AQHA Palomino mare we bred and raised and sold to a Kentucky show home who was trained by top trainers in cutting and working cow horse. The trainer said he used her to 'turn back' and showed her in ranch sorting.  He said that she would make an awesome calf horse as is very quick and solid.  *****We have just brought 'Liberty'  home to stay.  We couldn't be more excited to have our girl back home and what a natural bred cow horse she is!  Shows her sires amazing working cow instincts with a purpose.  We owned and stood her sire:  PLAYGUNS DUAL PEP...royally bred and was trained in cutting and rope horse work which he took to so quickly and quietly.  'SUNNY' is a grandson of the famous stallion:  PLAYGUN on the sire side and grandson of the famous stallion:  DUAL PEP on the dam line.  Two legends in one sire this close up, not to mention Hall of Fame:  DOCS OAK, FRECKLES MERADA and the list is impressive.  Libertys dam was our Top Moon bred mare to add some quiet speed and agility to this cow bred line as our own son of Top Moon we stood would cut cows even without a rider naturally!  So this was the perfect outcross for Liberty.

He has Nu Bar, Poco Bueno and many other greats in his pedigree) and Two Timing Maxi (Boston Mac, Triple Chick, Te n Te, Watch Joe Jack, Tacoma Smoke and other great Running Quarter Horses in her background). We stood "Moon" until his passing in his 20's. Her dam was a champion racing AQHA mare we owned until her passing in her 20's, "KWIK KNIK" by the famous Super Champion racing stallion "Kiptys Charger" who is still in the pedigrees of top racing Quarter Horses of today. "China" was the last own daughter of these two legendary AQHA racing parents we stood.

We stood "Moon River" until his passing in his 20's. Her dam EC Magic Mist out of Sonnys Otoe by Sonny Dee Bar and close to Otoe himself. Sable is the last AQHA daughter of this magic cross. We stood both sire and dam for years. We miss them, but their Legacy continues in Sable.

4-23-2020 It was a 'RAINY NIGHT IN GEORGIA', As 'RAINDROPS KEEP FALLING ON MY HEAD', when what to my surprise...our mare 'Sister' is having her baby!  And yes...going to the barn in pouring down sheets of rain we went and 'Sister' delivered a perfect built mature looking bay filly!  We of course named her 'RAINDROP'...and she is an AQHA bay filly out of Shining Spark mare and Dash for Perks stud of ours!  One of the most sought after bloodlines for all time and our favorite always.  She's something special.  Won't be anything she can't do in life and with a big heart as Texas like her moms! RANCH SELECT MARE THAT WILL BECOME ONE OF OUR NEXT GENERATION GREAT PRODUCERS!
